Enchanting Closet - Costume and Gown Rental is an online rental for kid's costume and gowns. Started on April 2023 in Palompon, Leyte and moved in Ormoc City on June 2024.

Payment Policy
The rental fee and security deposit are due at the time of rental. Payment may be made by Credit card/Debit Card, Online Banking, Cash, Gcash.
1. Reservation Fee - Down payment for booking.
2. 500 Security Deposit - Refundable upon return.
3. Full payment before shipping/pick up.
4. 100/Day for Extension charge
Delivery Policy
Shipping fee for delivery/return is shouldered by the renter.
Mode of shipping:
1. Via Local transportation from Ormoc City to anywhere to Leyte
2. Meet up in Robinson Mall/Downtown Ormoc City
3. Pick Up in Store
4. Delivery Agent ( JNT, LBC, Ninjavan, etc.)
Refund Policy
1. No refund of Reservation Fee once cancelled.
2. Security Deposit will be refunded when item returned.
Additional Info
1. Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of ₱200-500 will be paid by the renter at the time of rental. The deposit will be refunded after the items are returned in good condition, less any charges for damages, late return, or cleaning.
2. Return of Items:
The renter agrees to return the rented items on or before the due date (End Date) to Enchanting Closet in the same condition as they were rented, except for reasonable wear and tear. Late returns will incur a penalty fee of ₱100 per day, charged to the renter.
3. Damages and Loss:
The renter is responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement if any rented items are damaged, altered, or lost. The renter agrees to pay the following fees in case of damage:
Minor damage (e.g., stains, tears): ₱500
Major damage or loss (e.g., complete damage or missing item): Full replacement cost of 80% of the original price of the item.
4. Cleaning and Maintenance:
The rented items will be cleaned and maintained by Enchanting Closet before they are rented. The renter agrees to return the items in a good condition. If the items require extra cleaning due to negligence or excessive dirt, a cleaning fee of ₱200 will be charged.
5. Use of Items:
The items shall be used only for the purpose for which they were rented (e.g., formal event, party, theatrical performance). The renter agrees not to modify, alter, or misuse the items in any way. Any damage or alterations beyond normal wear will result in additional fees as outlined above.
6. Cancellation Policy:
The renter may cancel the rental agreement by providing written notice. Reservation Fee is considered as Cancellation Fee.
7. Indemnification:
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Enchanting Closet from any liability, claims, or damages arising from the use of the rented items, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
